1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms of service form an agreement between you and Bella Aminos (“Bella Aminos”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing bellaaminos.com, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Research Use Policy and Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Who may purchase

To place an order you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be purchasing for lawful in-vitro laboratory research
  • Be legally able to receive research materials at your delivery address
  • Provide accurate account, billing and shipping information

We may ask for further information to confirm eligibility, and we may refuse or cancel any order where these conditions are not met.

3. Research use only

All products sold by Bella Aminos are research materials. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or foods, have not been approved or evaluated by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They must not be used in or on humans or animals. Full details are set out in our Research Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Product information and documentation

We describe each compound by its identity, form, quantity and testing data. Each lot is supported by a Certificate of Analysis from an independent laboratory, available in our COA library. We work to keep product information accurate, but it is provided for research reference only and does not include any guidance on use, dosing or administration.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we cannot verify the order.

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are usually dispatched the same business day with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided.

7. Refunds and returns

Refunds, replacements and returns are handled under our Refund and Return Policy. Please review it before ordering, as some limits apply to research materials once they have left our facility.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Handling, storing and disposing of products safely and in line with applicable laws
  • Making sure products are used only by qualified people in a suitable laboratory setting
  • Complying with all federal, state and local rules that apply to your research
  • Keeping your account details secure

You agree not to resell products for human or veterinary use or misrepresent them in any way.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and documents, belongs to Bella Aminos or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own research reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are supplied as research materials matching the specifications shown on the Certificate of Analysis for each lot. Apart from that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the website are provided “as is”, without any other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Aminos is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bella Aminos and its team from any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of any product, or your failure to follow applicable laws.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Bella Aminos is registered. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state, unless the law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Orders are governed by the terms in place when the order was placed.
