Every Bella Aminos compound is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing we sell is a drug, supplement or cosmetic, and nothing is intended for use in people or animals. Every purchaser confirms their age and research purpose before an order is accepted.

1. Purpose of this policy

This policy explains the conditions under which Bella Aminos (“Bella Aminos”, “we”, “us” or “our”) supplies research compounds. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every product, order and customer.

2. Intended use

Our compounds are supplied solely for in-vitro research carried out in a suitable laboratory setting, such as analytical, biochemical or cell-based studies. They are sold as research reagents and are labelled “For research use only. Not for human consumption.”

3. Prohibited uses

Bella Aminos products must not be:

  • Used in or on humans, including self-administration
  • Used in or on animals, including veterinary use
  • Added to food, drink, supplements or cosmetics
  • Used for clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic purposes
  • Resold or relabelled for any of the purposes above

Any use outside laboratory research is a breach of these terms.

4. Who may purchase

Our products are available only to purchasers who are 21 years of age or older and who are buying for lawful research. By placing an order, you confirm that you, and anyone handling the products on your behalf, are qualified to work with research materials safely.

5. Confirmation at checkout

Before an order can be placed, each purchaser must confirm that:

  • They are at least 21 years old
  • The products are for in-vitro laboratory research only
  • They will not use the products in humans or animals
  • They have read and accept this policy and our terms of service

We keep a record of this confirmation with the order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No medical, dosing or usage guidance

We do not provide advice on dosing, administration, reconstitution for use, cycles, stacks or protocols, and we do not discuss the effects of any compound in a person or animal. Product pages and documentation describe what each compound is and how it was tested, nothing more. Questions of this kind will not be answered.

7. Labelling and documentation

Every vial carries a lot number and a QR code linking to the Certificate of Analysis for that batch. Purity is measured by HPLC and identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry at an independent laboratory. You can view every report in our COA library.

8. Handling and storage

Compounds are supplied lyophilized in crimp-sealed glass vials. Storage conditions are printed on the label. Purchasers are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of materials in line with good laboratory practice and all applicable laws.

9. Refusal and cancellation

We may refuse, cancel or refund any order, and close any account, where we believe products may be used outside research, where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where messages or order details suggest human or animal use.

10. Regulatory status

Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Purchasers are responsible for meeting any federal, state or local rules that apply to their research.
