Research compounds are sensitive to how they are stored, so we cannot take back opened products. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.

1. Overview

This policy explains how Bella Aminos (“Bella Aminos”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles refunds, replacements and returns for orders placed on bellaaminos.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Because our compounds are research materials that must be stored correctly to keep their integrity, our returns rules are stricter than for everyday goods.

2. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

We will replace the affected item or issue a refund if your order arrives with:

  • A broken, cracked or leaking vial
  • A damaged or missing seal
  • The wrong product or the wrong quantity
  • An item missing from your order

Please keep the vial, packaging and labels until your claim has been resolved.

3. How to report a problem

Email us at support@bellaaminos.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The lot number printed on the vial label
  • Clear photos of the item, seal and packaging
  • A short description of the problem

We aim to reply within one business day. Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted.

4. Returns of unopened products

Unopened products in their original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with prior approval from our team. Please contact us before sending anything back, as returns sent without approval cannot be accepted. Opened products, or products with a broken seal, cannot be returned for quality and safety reasons.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card provider. We will email you when your refund has been issued.

6. Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are refunded only where the problem was caused by our error, such as a damaged, incorrect or missing item. For approved returns of unopened products, the cost of return shipping is paid by the purchaser.

7. Lost or delayed parcels

Every order ships with tracking within the United States. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier and, once it is resolved, arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Because most orders leave us the same business day, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the returns rules above apply.

9. Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds or returns where:

  • A product has been opened, used or stored incorrectly after delivery
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided
  • A parcel was refused or not collected from the carrier
  • Products were ordered or used outside of research, in breach of our Research Use Policy
